Refund policy

Can my order be returned or exchanged? NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. Due to the intimate nature of the service that Uplifting provides, there is a very strict Exchange Policy. Exchange or Store Credit ONLY within 5 days of receipt of unworn, unaltered, and undamaged garments WITH TAGS ATTACHED. Panties, swimwear bottoms, and one-piece swimsuits can NOT be exchanged. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition at the owner's expense. Merchandise that is not in its original condition will not be accepted. All SALE items are considered a FINAL SALE. All items purchased during a promotion can only be exchanged with items in stock on our website, not items that must be ordered; Store Credit will be issued otherwise. If you want to exchange an item, fill out the Exchange Slip in the package, and make sure that the slip is included in the package when returned. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) for an exchange. If you do not have an Exchange Slip, simply email us for a printable Exchange Slip.
