Will my bra fit?
Just as it is with clothes, different brands’ sizes can run differently. A woman can wear one size in one brand, and another size in a different brand. In addition, different styles within the same brand can fit differently. If bras are purchased at a Bra Fit Party, customers will be able to be fitted and try on products to determine what fits best. That will also help returning customers out when making purchases online. Customers who are aware of their current sizes are able to shop Uplifting based on that information. Being properly fitted is the key to wearing the perfect fitting bra.
Can my order be returned or exchanged?
NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. Due to the intimate nature of the service that Uplifting provides, there is a very strict Exchange Policy. Exchange or Store Credit ONLY within 5 days of receipt of unworn, unaltered, and undamaged garments WITH TAGS ATTACHED. Panties, swimwear bottoms, and one-piece swimsuits can NOT be exchanged. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition at the owner's expense. Merchandise that is not in its original condition will not be accepted. All SALE items are considered a FINAL SALE. All items purchased during a promotion can only be exchanged with items in stock on our website, not items that must be ordered; Store Credit will be issued otherwise. If you want to exchange an item fill out the Exchange Slip in the package, and make sure that the slip is included in the package when returned. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) for an exchange. If you do not have an Exchange Slip, simply email us for a printable Exchange Slip.

How long will it take to process my order and receive it in the mail?
Processing and shipping can take approximately 2-5 business days.
How would you recommend cleaning the products?
Hand wash and hang dry only! Doing so helps maintain the longevity and quality of the products. Regular laundry detergent can be used, but for best results use detergents for delicate fabric care.

What is your shipping policy?
Uplifting ships orders using USPS.
Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email immediately following the shipping of your package.
Uplifting is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.
We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned. Uplifting does NOT cover any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may incur with international shipments. These charges are NOT included in Uplifting's shipping fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these fees.

Uplifting accepts payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Google Pay.
Do you have a storefront or showroom?
No. At this time Uplifting is only accepting online orders, items purchased at Bra Fit Parties, items purchased at Consultations, and items purchased at local events where Uplifting, LLC is a vendor.
Do you make custom bras?
No, we do not make custom bras. Our bras are manufactured by the brands that we carry.
Returns and Payments
IF AN ADDRESS IS INCORRECT AND MERCHANDISE RETURNED BECAUSE OF THIS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ORDER.
IF AFTER REVIEWING A CONFIRMATION YOU FIND THAT SOMETHING IS NOT CORRECT, YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. IF THE SHIPMENT HAS NOT SHIPPED WE CAN CHANGE THE ADDRESS WITHOUT A PROBLEM. IF THE ITEM HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES.

If your order was damaged or lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Once a package has been released from our warehouse, Uplifting is no longer responsible for it.
The band of the bra (the part that goes around the back) should be parallel to the bottom of the cups in the front. It should not rise up on your back.
The breasts should not spill over the sides or the tops of the cups.
A brand new bra should be able to fit you being on the very first set of hooks. As time goes on you can gradually move to the next sets of hooks.
The center of the bra between each cup should tack to your body.
An underwire should cover all of your breast tissue, but not dig into your skin.
Use strap adjusters to make for your own perfect fit.
Bras, especially straps, should not leave permanent marks of any sort in your body.
